Tucked away in the old historic town of Solomon, 4 miles east of Safford, this little out of the way place SERVES the most delicious Mexican food around! Family owned and operated for over 34 years, the original structure dates back over 100 years!
Chiles, sun dried from the field, cooked and blended daily make our delicious enchilda sauce. Our purpose each day is making Mexican food...original recipes, the old fashioned way with only the best natural ingredients. Margaritas, frozen and on the rocks are part of
the bill of fare at this unpretentious restaurant.
Solomon was original County seat and one of the earliest settlements in the Gila Valley. Settled in 1876 by Jewish settlers from Pennsylvania. Coronado had a settlement here several hundred years ago. Our Lady of Guadalupe (down the street) was established in 1878.
