Opened 25 years ago by owner-chef Mary Coronado, who was the Grand Prize winner in the 2007 SalsaFest Salsa Challenge. What makes her salsa unique is the combination of spices.
The family restaurant's name, El Coronado, or the crowned, implies that guests can eat like kings and won't go hungry when they come here.
