Growing red chiles for cosmetic and pharmaceutical purposes for many years was our beginning. Green chiles grown in the San Simon are known for their excellent quality and flavor. We offer fresh roasted green chile in season, as well as frozen and sun dried red chile pods. Red jalapeņos are smoked Aztec style and chipotle sauce is available as well as jalapeņo relish, and jalapeņo jellies; all made from the peppers we grow. |
