Rules: Must be 18 years of age or older. Required to sign liability release form. Salsa to be furnished by the committee. Salsa to be eaten with the utensil furnished by the committee. Entry fee to be paid $15. Bowls containing the salsa must remain on the table, no lifting the bowl or drinking from bowl. Based on liquid measurement. The first three contestants to finish their bowl of salsa will be the winners. Prizes: 1st prize: $100 and Salsa Plaque 2nd prize: $50 and Salsa Plaque 3rd prize: $25 and Salsa Plaque Participation Fee: $15 Fee includes two tickets ($8 value) to the Salsa Challenge.
