Grandmother Salustia Reynoso began the long history of Casa Reynoso Mexican Food Restaurants in 1941. Her son Gonzalo Reynoso (Chalo), was the first to continue the tradition, opening his own restaurant in 1967. Chalo's daughter Lisa continues the family business with the opening of Chalo's Safford in 1994. Each of the 17 Reynoso Family restaurants has their own unique taste of authentic Mexican cuisine.
